Order Tracking

Check the status of your APTA Store order by signing into your account, clicking your icon, and then "My Account." Choose "My Orders" to see the order details, including tracking.

A Change in Your Order Status

If an ordered item becomes out of stock, API will notify you by email with options to either cancel your order or wait for a restock. If an item is permanantly out of setock, API will notify you and cancel the order, and process a refund to the original source of payment.

Order Verification

Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. API is not responsible for typographical errors made by the customer.

Secure Ordering

Secure Sockets Layer technology is used to secure your online order.

Some browser versions and some firewalls do not permit connections with secure servers. If you experience this problem, please call the APTA Store at (800) 507-7007.

International Orders

If you do not see your country as a ship-to option during checkout, please contact the APTA Store at (800) 507-7007.

You are responsible to pay for all duties, customs charges, and/or fees.

All orders are billed in U.S. dollars.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping and handling fees, for orders shipped to: Maryland, South Carolina, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

API will place a preauthorization hold on funds in your account when you place an order. API will not charge your card until your items are shipped.

Shipping and Handling

Most purchases are shipped by UPS or USPS from our Maryland warehouse within 3 business days from receipt of order for in-stock merchandise. Please allow for longer lead times for any customized products. We cannot ship via express delivery to U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO or PO Box addresses.

Online Purchases

Unwashed, unworn, and undamaged items with tags still attached may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. In the shipment, include the item(s) and the return form packaged with your order, or print out a return/exchange form.

For returns, a credit for the purchase price of the returned item (excluding shipping charges) will be applied to the original source of payment. Allow 14 business days for your return to be processed.

For exchanges, a credit for the purchase price of the returned item will be applied toward the cost of the new item, which is subject to new shipping and handling fees. If the new item costs more than the returned item, a charge for the difference will be applied to the original source of payment. If the new item costs less than the returned item, a credit for the difference will be applied to the original source of payment.

Shipping charges may be refunded only if:

  • Carrier loses the package.
  • Item was shipped damaged or defective.
  • Item was damaged during shipping.
  • Incorrect item is shipped.

If the return is a result of an API error, call 800-507-7007, and a UPS shipping label will either be emailed or mailed to you.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards

You can apply gift cards to your order during checkout. Gift card amounts can be applied to the total order, including shipping and taxes.

You can check on a gift card balance during the checkout process by clicking “Check Status” below the Apply Gift Card Code box or by contacting the APTA Store at (800) 507-7007.

Coupon Codes

You can apply coupon codes to an order via the Coupon Code dialog box. Only one coupon code is allowed per order. Coupon codes can be applied only to the merchandise total, not to taxes or to shipping and handling fees.

If you used a coupon code to purchase an item, you may exchange the item for the same item in a different size or color. You cannot apply the same coupon code to a different item. If you wish to exchange for a different item, a credit will be applied toward the new item at the current price.

Registration

You can place an order without registering to the APTA Store. However, you must register if you want to track orders online. If you do not register but want to track an order, contact API at (800) 507-7007 or apta@apisource.com for an order status update.

T-Shirt Sizing

T-Shirt Sizing

Unisex cotton t-shirts are standards sizes. The “ladies fit” sizes run smaller than unisex or men's sizes and are cut to curve in at the waist. Consider ordering one size up in the ladies sizes if you prefer a looser fit. Each product page includes a size chart for more information.
